Emergency Rescue: ~60 dogs in immediate need of rescue in KY as a breeding operation /hoarding situation is shut down.

Dogs and puppies are living outside on heavy chains and in small pens in chronic neglect, without adequate shelter or care. Gimlet, pictured here, is just one of these dogs in need of urgent medical, physical, and social care.
