Operation Mississippi Chains
Emergency Rescue: 9 chained dogs, out of time. In this rural Mississippi neighborhood, there are no resources for animals. There is no one to call for a homeless or loose animal. Residents sometimes shoot stray dogs on their land.
These nine dogs have no other options and no more time. The property owner has moved away. The sheriff wants the dogs gone now.
