30+ badly neglected animals at a backyard breeder, many cruelly caged. There are around 25 dogs on site, used in backyard breeding and suffering from extreme neglect, 7 cats, and 2 chinchillas. ARC is assisting local law enforcement in a seizure & cruelty case. The BISSELL Pet Foundation matching challenge has been met, but animals still need your help.
