LARGE-SCALE CRUELTY CASE IN PROGRESS
Punished for a crime they never committed, the dogs & puppies of Operation Carolina Torment have been raised and bred for profit with no regard for their bodies and hearts. Multiple dead dogs were found on site and an active cruelty case is ongoing as ARC fights for the permanent custody of all seized dogs.
Every survivor - 214 dogs & puppies, including newborns & pregnant moms - is receiving urgent medical, physical, and social care in ARC's Rescue Center.
