URGENT: ARC has been on-site helping rescue ~400 animals from an Arkansas humane society that was supposed to be a place of safety but is described by local officials as "a horrendous crime scene."
The director of the Humane Society of the Delta has been arrested on 285 felony counts of animal cruelty. Animals were dying there, alone and untreated.
