BREAKING: Emergency Rescue
URGENT: ARC deployed today to rescue 17 dogs and puppies in northwest Tennessee in dire need. Their backyard breeder was breeding and selling them for a quick dollar and has now moved away.
These small dogs, including vulnerable puppies, live outdoors in bad conditions. Ben and Barney, only weeks old, have been living in a ramshackle chicken coop. Thunderstorms followed by below-freezing temperatures are on the way.
